There are tons of games to play in the car with kids – from I-Spy to 20 Questions, plus dozens more. Three fun games my brother and I like to play as kids were license plate bingo, travel bingo, and alphabet search.
License Plate Bingo – Scholastic has some handy printouts to play with here. You play it just like regular bingo.
Travel Bingo – Played like license plate bingo, but with objects. Here are some cards that give you a good idea of what I mean.
Alphabet Search – For alphabet search, you look for a sign with each letter of the alphabet, in order. Once you find an “A”, you look for a sign with a “B”, and so on. It gets tough when you get toward the end and need a Q, X, or Z!
